If a customer emails you and requests to no longer be contacted via email with Ameritas or Ameritas of New York group division product content, forward the email to Ameritas Group Division Compliance at support@employeebenefitservice.com or call 800-659-2223, ext. 82222. In New York, call 800-659-8889. We will keep this information in an opt-out registry and notify producers these customers should not be contacted.
