What is a 403(b) plan?
A 403(b) plan is a type of tax-advantaged retirement savings plan available to employees of certain tax-exempt organizations, including public schools, universities, hospitals and nonprofit organizations. Like 401(k) plans, these plans allow employees to set aside part of their income for retirement.
