The Ameritas Benefits member app includes easy-to-follow features to search for providers and view your dental benefits, processed claims, and ID cards all in the palm of your hand.
Easy to use
The app’s interface provides a user-friendly experience offering quick access to the information you want most.
View recent visits and EOBs
Tap into the claims section for a breakdown of your dental visits, service provider, and a link to view your explanation of benefits (EOB).
Savings and plan usage
The overview page shows how much you’ve saved with your dental plan, and you can quickly check your deductible and maximum benefit amounts. You can also view your dependents’ information.
Review patient details
Select the Details button to review coverage for covered members before your next dental visit.
Access and send ID cards
With digital ID cards, there’s no need to carry a printed card and it never gets lost or crumpled.
Find a provider
Easily locate a dental provider for you or your dependents.
Vision and LASIK
The app also includes access to vision and LASIK plan documents and ID cards when elected.

For access, use your Member ID found on your ID card. This may also be your Confirmation Number, or Social Security Number.
