One-Time Payment for Industry Professionals
Industry professionals affiliated with Ameritas may use the following links to submit a one-time payment after an invoice has been generated on your behalf.
You will be directed to the secure Bank of New York online bill payment site after selecting the appropriate payment type.

Agent Debt
Agents representing Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. and/or Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York will be notified when a debt and/or benefit balance is due. Agents wanting to utilize the one-time payment online option will need to contact field compensation at 800-825-1551, ext. 52939 for agent debt and HR Connect at 800-283-9588 for agent benefits.
Payments should be made within 7 days of the date of the notice using the Pay Agent Debt link below. Please allow up to 2 business days for the Bank of New York to process your payment and for it to reflect on our system.
AIC/AAS Charges
Representatives of Ameritas Investment Company, LLC and Ameritas Advisory Services, LLC will receive an email notification from us when any charges are due. Charges must be paid within 7 days of the date of the notice using the link below. Please allow up to 2 business days for the Bank of New York to process your payment and for it to reflect on our accounting.
