Types of loan programs

Bridge loan program

Provides short-term financing for non-stabilized commercial or multifamily properties to bridge the gap between the need for immediate capital and the availability of more permanent or long-term financing. These loans typically have terms of 36 months and provide funding for acquisition, refinancing or rehabilitation costs.

Portfolio loan program

Provides long-term financing for warehouse, light industrial, apartments, medical offices, and anchored and unanchored rental property, catering to property owners who need to refinance existing debt or acquire new properties with flexible structuring options.

Equity loan program

Creates a joint venture or partnership between Ameritas and the investor, where Ameritas provides equity in select real estate transactions. This allows investors to focus on finding investment opportunities rather than securing funding through traditional means.
