Shreejit R. Nair
Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer, Ameritas
Shreejit Nair grew up in India and moved to the United States in 1997 before settling in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in electronics engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, India, and has a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Nair has worked in information technology for over 25 years with primary experience in the insurance industry focusing on the life, annuity and group life domains. He began his career with Ameritas in 2015, as the head of architecture and has held key leadership roles within information technology until 2024 when he began current duties as chief information officer.
Nair holds the professional designations LLIF (LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow) and ALMI (Associate, Life Management Institute), among other professional designations.
