Chris Phillips named director of business development for Ameritas retirement plans

LINCOLN, Nebraska – Ameritas has named Chris Phillips the director, business development, in retirement plans. His new position is now in effect.
Phillips has worked in the industry for more than 26 years and has focused on qualified plans for the past 21 years. He has held many roles over the years, from financial advisor, institutional sales and pooled plans. He has previous career stops at Voya Financial and Mutual of Omaha. Phillips holds a four-year degree from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama and FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
