What is your current position and what do you do?

In golf, we don’t have positions. We qualify for five to six spots to play at each tournament. There are 12 of us on the team, so the competition is high, but it is awesome to have such a competitive environment.

What sparked your interest in athletics?

My parents put me in every sport growing up. I have always loved the competitive aspect and the ability to get better at something day after day.

What advice would you give to young women entering athletics?

I would tell young women athletes to try every sport growing up. You never know which one you will fall in love with and the opportunities that may come along with that.

What is one of your favorite moments or career highlights?

My favorite moment in college golf was playing a tournament in Las Vegas with my sister and both of my parents got to come watch. It was a full circle moment and reminded me of why I play this sport.

What is a uniform or object that holds special meaning for you? What does it represent?

I have a special ball marker that I like to use when I play. My dad got it for me, and it is just a reminder of why I love the game of golf.
