eServices
What are eServices?
eServices are electronic or online services that help you work more efficiently. Depending on the level of access you request, eServices allow you to view your plan documents, enroll electronically, change or terminate members in real time, view your bill online and initiate a payment if an EFT form is completed.
What are the benefits of eServices?
eServices are free and effortless, plus they save time and money when administering members’ dental and vision benefits. And they save natural resources since no or minimal paper is used.
With eServices you can make member eligibility changes in real-time. Groups that take advantage of some of our eServices options, such as eCert, automatically save money on their monthly rates.

What should I do if I get the message “Your Credentials Cannot Be Verified?”
Make sure your caps lock is not on when entering your user ID and password. If you still receive the same message, contact us at 800-659-2223.
If I am signed up for eBill, how will I receive my bill?
You’ll receive an e-mail message when your bill is ready for review online. You can also access up to 12 months of billing history and download your monthly statements into Excel and/or PDF format. A paper copy of the bill will not be mailed.
Can I pay online?
If you are signed up for eBill and have completed the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form online, just select the “Pay Bill” function to pay online. If you’d like to set up EFT, the form can be found in your benefits administrator account.
How often does my password expire?
Your password does not expire.

How can I submit enrollment/change forms or termination notifications?
If you are not using eEnroll, you can mail updates to us. Access forms and addresses on the Forms/Disclosures page.
How do I notify you if a dependent is a full-time student?

How soon will employees get their ID cards?
If you requested mailed ID cards, they will be sent to either the member or your office (as specified) within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the enrollment or change submission.
Members do not need an ID card to use their dental or vision benefits. However, members can create a member account to access their ID card after their policy is effective. They can also download the Ameritas Benefits member app and log in with the same user ID and password they use for their member account or add the ID card to their Apple or Google digital wallet.

What can plan members see in their member account?
Members have access to their dental and vision benefit information and ID cards in a member account. Full account services are available when accessing the account online through a web browser. They also may download the Ameritas Benefits member app for quick access to many of the same features. Learn more about the member account features available when accessing from a web browser and the mobile app.
The member account can be accessed from the Sign In page.
Are there discounts on non-covered dental and vision services?
Many states have legislation that applies to discounts on non-covered services under insured plans. View the list of states and the applicable laws here.
Plan members should discuss any available discounts on non-covered services with their dental and vision providers.
