Good for clients interested in an easy-to-understand product that offers the benefit of tax-deferred growth and safety with a guaranteed minimum interest rate.*
How is it different?
- Available only in New York.
- Flexible premiums.
- Multiple commission options.
- 8-year surrender charge period.
- Access of up to 10% of account balance after the first policy year free of any surrender charges.
Compass Single Premium Immediate Annuity
Good for clients interested in guaranteeing retirement income for a fixed period of time or for life, filling income gaps and providing extra income, or helping spread their tax liability.
How is it different?
- Converts a portion of your client’s assets to an income stream that can last as long as they live, depending on the payout option they choose.
- Available until age 85 with a minimum premium of $5,000.
- Variety of payout options: certain periods only, single life or joint life with survivor, with or without period certain, cash refund or installment refund.
