James R. Krieger
Vice Chairman, Board of Directors, Gallup, Inc.
Jim Krieger earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He began his career at Gallup in 1978 and has held various officer and leadership roles, including president of Gallup’s international operations and Chief Financial Officer. Krieger has retired from Gallup Operations and is still Vice Chair of the Gallup Board of Directors.
He serves on the board of directors for the Ameritas Mutual Holding Company and Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. Krieger is chair of the Ameritas Compensation Committee. He is a member of the Ameritas Executive and Ameritas Finance committees.
Krieger is an advisory board member for the Engler Institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a member of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also chairman of the Krieger Family Foundation.
Krieger holds the professional designation of CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
