Ameritas recognized among Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work

Ameritas was recognized as a Grand Company category winner in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2026 Best Places to Work celebration, a workplace recognition initiative administered by Quantum Workplace. Representatives from Ameritas attended the 24th annual awards celebration at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, where organizations from across the region were recognized. To reach finalist status, organizations must meet survey participation requirements among their employees and achieve scores that place them among the top employers in their size category.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based on feedback from our associates,” said April Rimpley, senior vice president, human resources. “Our associates help shape the culture of Ameritas each day. We’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and connected to our purpose, and we’re grateful to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts.”

Employee feedback helps shape the associate experience

The survey measured sentiment across areas such as employee engagement, resources, team dynamics and trust in leadership. The results help the company identify strengths and opportunities as it works to support associates and maintain a positive workplace. Our home office in Lincoln, Nebraska has also been named a Best Places to Work three years running. Across the nation, 70 cities administer the Quantum Workplace survey process to measure worker engagement and satisfaction.
