Four easy steps to join our team
- Become appointed with Ameritas and Ameritas of New York and compliant with HIPAA Privacy regulations. Just complete the Appointment Application/Business Associate Addendum.
- If needed, view the HIPAA Business Associate Addendum on its own.
- Mail or fax the application and addendum, along with a copy of your license, to the Group Sales Office nearest you.
- You have the option of depositing your commissions directly to your account. Just complete and include the Direct Deposit Authorization form.
